These terms explain how you may use Untangle Agentic AI, the free guide, the Agent OS Starter Kit, Agent OS Updates, and any related downloads or emails.

Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Untangle Agentic AI.

Using the free guide

You may read and use the free guide to build your own Agentic OS. You may copy the templates and examples from the free guide for your own use, your sole-trader work, or your very small creative business.

You may not copy the guide into a competing product, course, paid template pack, membership, public repository, lead magnet, or redistributed download.

Starter Kit licence

When you buy the Agent OS Starter Kit, you receive a licence to use it for:

• your own personal work;
• your own sole-trader work;
• your own very small creative business, normally one or two people.

This licence does not transfer ownership of the kit, templates, examples, guides, or supporting material. Untangle Agentic AI keeps the intellectual property rights in those materials.

What you cannot do with the Starter Kit

Unless we give written permission, you must not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share, or publicly upload the Starter Kit;
• repackage the kit as your own product, course, membership, template pack, or client deliverable;
• use the kit to build paid systems for clients;
• give the raw kit files to clients, customers, students, subscribers, or a wider team;
• remove branding or notices and present the materials as your own original work;
• use the site or downloads to bypass, test, or attack payment, access, security, or delivery systems.

Client use and larger teams

The standard licence is not for client work. If you are a consultant, agency, educator, trainer, coach, or service provider and want to use the materials with clients, contact us first.

If you want to use the kit across a business bigger than a very small creative business, contact us first. We can discuss the right licence for your use case.

Purchases, downloads, and refunds

The Starter Kit is a digital download. You are responsible for giving the correct email address at checkout and keeping your downloaded copy somewhere safe.

You can request a refund for the Starter Kit within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. This is a no-questions refund promise. It applies even if you have downloaded the kit.

If we refund the Starter Kit, your licence ends. You must stop using the kit and delete your downloaded copies.

This refund promise does not reduce any statutory rights you may have.

Agent OS Updates

Agent OS Updates is a subscription for keeping your Agentic OS current as AI tools change. The service is designed to provide:

• weekly update emails;
• urgent alerts when needed;
• copyable patch snippets where relevant;
• updated starter folders when a material change justifies it;
• plain guidance on what changed, what matters, and whether you need to update anything.

Some weeks may not require action from you. An update may be brief, may say that no action is needed, or may point to a change that only affects some readers.

Subscription cancellation and refunds

You can cancel an Agent OS Updates subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not normally give pro-rata refunds for unused subscription time. We will correct clear billing mistakes, and this does not reduce any statutory rights you may have.

Pricing and VAT

Prices shown on the site include VAT where applicable, unless checkout clearly says otherwise. Stripe handles checkout, payment, subscription, and refund processing.

No professional advice

The guide, Starter Kit, Updates, templates, and examples are practical and educational materials. They are not legal, financial, tax, data protection, security, employment, or professional advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether the materials are suitable for your work and for getting professional advice where needed.

Your responsibility when using AI

AI tools can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking outputs, instructions, permissions, automations, privacy rules, tool connections, and anything you publish, send, schedule, or rely on.

We are not responsible for losses caused by your use of AI outputs, third-party AI tools, automations, integrations, business decisions, or changes made to your own files, except where the law says liability cannot be excluded.

Third-party tools

Untangle Agentic AI refers to third-party tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Stripe, and Cloudflare. We do not control those services. Their own terms, privacy policies, prices, features, availability, and behaviour apply.

Tool names are used to help readers understand compatibility. They do not mean those companies sponsor, endorse, or approve Untangle Agentic AI.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site, downloads, and update emails available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Third-party outages, maintenance, security work, payment issues, and technical problems may affect availability.

We may improve, replace, rename, reorganise, or retire parts of the guide, products, downloads, or subscription service. If a change materially affects a paid product or active subscription, we will try to handle it fairly.

Acceptable use

You must not use the site, downloads, or emails to do anything unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or designed to interfere with the service. You must not try to bypass access controls, payment systems, download limits, or security measures.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Scots law. The Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you a different right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site, products, subscriptions, payment setup, or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
